1. Bookings will be made only when money is deposited.
2. Changes of all charters, or some scheduled flights are not permitted.
3. Cancellation fees apply to all bookings specified below.
4. Passengers must check the name(s) within accordance to the passport.
5. Deposit will hold the booking 48 hours, But the price are not guaranteed
6. Special requests are not guaranteed.
7. The passenger must check the booking details, and notify the agent before issuing ticket, after issuing ticket company will not responsible of any damages.
8. Please check that your passport is valid for the entire journey.
9. Passenger(s) must check visa requirements. Agents will not be liable if a mishap should occur.
10. Please check with your doctor for medical advice in relation to your journey. If a mishap should occur, the agency is not responsible.
11. It is strongly recommended that passengers should take travel insurance, as many tickets have heavy cancellations, or some may be non-refundable, and/or nonchangeable.
12. Name changes are not permitted.
13. No show or missing flight will be charge as per airline rule.
14. If a deposit is to be refunded due to a cancellation of a booking (before or after the ticket has been issued), then a service charge will apply.
15. The ticket cancellation charges 7 days before departure (per ticket) charges as per your air line plus £25.00 admin fee.
16. The fees for outbound date changes 7 days before departure (per ticket) charges as per your air line plus £25.00 admin fee.
17. The fees for inbound date changes (per ticket) are charges as per your air line plus £25.00 admin fee.
18. Please insure that you re-confirm your onward/return journey at least 72 hours before departure. The passenger(s) should confirm this time limit with the appropriate airline.
19. The passenger(s) must inform the agent at least 2weeks before departure in the case of cancellation of their issued ticket(s). After this time limit a refund is not guaranteed.
20. Any flight cancellation or discontinue flight for any reason of airline you will claim compensation or any lose directly with airline.
21. All rules will be applied on your ticket according to your airline terms and condition.
